The results of this 8 year research project have been published in peer-reviewed journals of engineering and medicine and have been presented at venues all over the world, including:
- Annual Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) Scientific Program
- Annual International Research Council on the Biomechanics of Impact (IRCOBI) Conference
- Three International World Congresses of Whiplash
- International Spinal Trauma Conference
- 7th Biennial Congress of the World Federation of Chiropractic
- Three annual meetings of the American Back Society
- The 10th World Congress on Pain (ISAP)
- Society of Automotive Engineers World Congress
- World Congress of Biomechanics, Munich

Reviewing post-crash results
This opportunity to be able to witness repeated rear end collisions of varying speeds from only 10 feet away and to then watch that same crash seconds later in slow motion has been invaluable in helping me gain an even greater appreciation of how people are injured in a rear end collision. This knowledge has helped me to do an even better job for my patients as it is obvious, after this training, how someone can suffer a significant injury from what may be perceived as only a minor accident.

Dr. Wilke
A 1994 graduate of palmer college of Chiropractic, Dr. Wilke has practiced in Coeur d'Alene, ID and Garland/Dallas, TX before returning to the Midwest in 2002 and opening Wilke Chiropractic. Having been in several motor vehicle collisions during his life, and playing 13 years of rugby, he is intimately aware of the importance of quality chiropractic care following an injury. He also understands the benefit of a gentle, hands-on approach both in his chiropractic care and in any ancillary procedures you may need.
